Terms of Service

By accessing or using Stacked, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Stacked provides AI-powered analysis of trading charts and tickers, tools to build and optimize long-term investment portfolios, a portfolio perceptual map, and optional automatic trading through brokerage accounts you connect. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription, currently $25/month, billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account's billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide partial-period refunds except where required by law.

Stacked allows you to optionally connect a brokerage account (currently supporting providers such as Alpaca and Interactive Brokers) to enable automatic trading features. When you connect a brokerage account:

• You authorize Stacked to access and place orders on that account using credentials or API keys that you provide and control.
• Stacked never takes custody of your funds or securities. Your assets remain held by, and your brokerage relationship is governed by the terms of, your chosen brokerage provider.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and configuring any automatic trading settings, mandates, and guardrails before enabling automated order placement.
• You may disconnect a brokerage account at any time from your account settings.

Analyses, recommendations, portfolio suggestions, and other content produced by the Service are generated using artificial intelligence models. AI-generated content may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, and should not be treated as a guarantee of any outcome. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it.

Stacked is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution, and nothing in the Service constitutes personalized investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of some or all of your invested principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

If you enable automatic trading, orders may be placed on your connected brokerage account based on settings, mandates, and approval thresholds that you configure. You are responsible for reviewing these settings regularly and understand that automated strategies carry the same market risks as manual trading, and may execute trades faster than you can review them.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it using a method other than the interface we provide, interfering with its normal operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and underlying technology, is owned by Stacked or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stacked and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including trading losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stacked operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
