• Chart images and analysis data you upload or request, including ticker symbols, timeframes, and indicator settings.
• Brokerage connection information, such as the provider you connect (e.g. Alpaca or Interactive Brokers) and the credentials or API keys needed to place orders on your behalf.
• Billing information handled by Stripe (Stacked does not store full payment card numbers).
• Usage data, such as pages visited and features used, to help us maintain and improve the Service.

We use the information we collect to provide and improve the Service, generate chart and portfolio analysis, process subscription payments, operate automatic trading features you enable, communicate with you about your account, and maintain the security of the Service.

Chart images and other data you submit for analysis are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the AI-powered analysis and portfolio recommendations shown in the Service. This data is transmitted securely and used solely to generate your requested output.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers necessary to operate Stacked:

• Stripe — to process subscription billing and payments.
• Brokerage providers (e.g. Alpaca, Interactive Brokers) — to place trades on connected accounts you authorize.
• Anthropic — to generate AI-powered chart and portfolio analysis.

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit and bcrypt hashing of passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account and analysis data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service and comply with our legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate core features of the Service. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
